It wont even let me make an acount the password keeps changing why

Can’t live without it!

I LOVE the Nook app! It works perfectly on my iPad and iPhone, syncing instantly. Since a recent software update, I’m now able to EASILY access archived books. I do have one question; is there any way to see just my unread books? Because I have hundreds of books, keeping track of those I’ve not read is difficult.

Terrible App

I bought an ebook through Barnes and Noble under the impression I would be able to get my own version of it to edit and mark up in PDF format. Not a chance. I have not been able to figure out how to download the book I’ve already paid for. This experience alone has left a sour taste in my mouth regarding Barnes and Noble. If they are going to force me to use their terrible app and not allow me to download my own copy they need to make that abundantly clear before I waste my money. I would love a refund for the physics textbook I purchased with the expectation I would be able to mark as I please. Steer clear.

Audiobook Playback Error Frustration.

I loved this app until I purchased the newest Stephen King book in audio format. I’ve only been able to play it one time on my phone and that was after restarting the app, and then my phone, AND THEN fast forwarding a whole bunch, thus missing more half the book. Well that just won’t do. Now, I get an Error message that states if I keep having the problem, to update the book. I GET A SECOND ERROR MESSAGE telling me I CAN’T UPDATE! I don’t have this problem with any of my other books! I guess I’m going to have to call someone to get this resolved because if I can’t listen to the audiobook, I should be entitled to a refund!

Harry Potter series

Purchased the entire book series but when I open book 1, I see book two title and artwork. Same thing with book two-opening book two shows book three. Can’t seem to find book 1 anywhere. The title thumbnail should show the book being read. Not so with this set. Very disappointed in buying the set.

For a reading app, you would think the basic function of scrolling (up and down) while reading would be available, but it's not. Please add it.

One Major Frustration

My main use is for informational books and trying to highlight anything is next to impossible. Regardless of if I use a stylus, Apple Pencil, or my finger, it just skips from one word to the next

Can’t log in

Every time I try to log in it tells me my email and password are not correct. I’ve changed them, I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled. Nothing seems to help. I just want to access the books and mags I have paid for.
