Logs you out every other day or week. Absolute nightmare. Stop it doing this.

Push notification have become very hit or miss if they come through, both my partner and I started experiencing this problem a month ago. Our mobiles keep informing us the app is crashing frequently and to put it in deep sleep. What would happen if someone broke in, we don't get notified!! Completely untrustworthy alarm system now.

I have a samsung s21fe and hubby has samsung s20fe. The app is no longer sending notifications and says the yale app is crashing and to put the app in deep sleep. This has been happening since 1 July 2024. Very dangerous if we get a break in. Can anyone help? Yale won't reply to my issue!

Revised my original review score down to 1 now. Alarm system and sensors work fine but the app is absolute rubbish! Biometric login doesn't always work and the app doesn't stay logged in so today for example I have had to log back into the app using id/password 4 times in order to arm/disarm the alarm and that was all by lunchtime. Shockingly poor quality software!

Been a great app for a couple of years but recently it's been a nightmare. Keeps losing connection, logging me out, not sending notifications to my phone. Have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app to get it to work again. Shame because it's so simple and convenient to use.

Brilliant alarm

App crashing and notifications not working on S22 Ultra with Android 14 UI 6.1. Still no full functionality with Google Nest screens and speakers. No version for Galaxy watches.

After being logged out I can no longer log in. The password reset doesn't work as I don't receive an email. This has been months now. Spoke to the help desk and they couldn't fix it. I get the email when I arm the device but no access to the app. I will need to change batteries soon but won't be able to put in test mode to do this.

Terrible. Keep getting logged out. So sick of this app. The syatem is flawed and never works when you need it avoid. If i could give zero i would.
