Revised my original review score down to 1 now. Alarm system and sensors work fine but the app is absolute rubbish! Biometric login doesn't always work and the app doesn't stay logged in so today for example I have had to log back into the app using id/password 4 times in order to arm/disarm the alarm and that was all by lunchtime. Shockingly poor quality software!

Handy app to be able to browse what is on offer and also to track my points balance but the app is frequently painfully slow and it's easier to swap to the website! Speed issue is not down to my phone or WiFi connection because both are fast when using every other app. Makes to app unusable at times.

Waste of time! Loses signal so frequently when in store that it becomes a complete waste of time. Have used the app in several stores and same issue. Got so fed up with it last time I used it I left the few items it did manage to find and walked out of the store. Shopped in a rival supermarket, no shop and go but still quicker and cheaper!

Reliable app that allows me to complete banking transactions with ease and security.

Latest version is shockingly bad but in all honesty that's what have learned to expect from sky! Skip forward/back only works sometimes and frequently jumps back to the start. Sound and vision are out of sync. Could list lots more but life is too short! Latest sky Q app isnt much better - full marks to sky for managing to get the same bugs into both apps! When my contract is up I don't think it will be getting renewed.

Was a good app for basic calorie tracking but since recent update the app has become painfully slow and at times unuseable.
