I have a samsung s21fe and hubby has samsung s20fe. The app is no longer sending notifications and says the yale app is crashing and to put the app in deep sleep. This has been happening since 1 July 2024. Very dangerous if we get a break in. Can anyone help? Yale won't reply to my issue!

When I turn my yale alarm on and off I no longer receive any notifications on my screen of my s21fe samsung. It worked until I received a notification from yale 2 days ago saying there was a bug in the system. My husband has s20fe and his is fine. I have reinstalled the app and still nothing. Please fix it

We got an update on 9 may 2020. My push notification is no longer working. It is set on the alarm and my phone for the notification. I have a Sony xperia phone and never had trouble until now.
