When you need to use the app , you have to
Update before you can access your license. Not user friendly

Works fine, don’t know what everyone’s complaining about. I got my digital license in less than a minute.

How is it that a product developed as recently as this app is shut down during system maintenance? Ensuring access 100% of the time is 101 in app development.

Great initiatives but please allow for all regions to download app. Have to use different apple accounts to get the app.

At least once a week I’m asked to sign into this app which, is very much an inconvenience when you need your licence for not a few seconds. If it’s a matter of security then we have biometrics for that. Switched over to the Service Vic app and I haven’t been asked to sign in once (beyond the initial setup).
Just give us the option to add our licence to Apple Wallet.

“ You can’t sign up for a myVicRoads account online if you don’t have a vehicle registered in Victoria in your name. Visit a VicRoads Customer Service Centre with your Victorian driver licence to sign up. If your licence has been lost or stolen you will need to bring another form of identity.”
So I have a full license but don’t have a vehicle and can’t sign up… utterly useless
