(2019: This is a very neat app. Intuitive and easy to navigate. Perfect!) Update Jul2024: this app no longer works. My account and all the info in it has disappeared, no option to log back in. No past bookings, randomly fails to display current booking. Please fix this.

Was unable to complete the booking from the app. Had to do it from the Computer I am surprised by the number of negative reviews and no improvements. Updated to Zero Star July 2024🤣

It has been 2 months I get an error and cannot see or manage my bookings. When are you going to fix this? Shameful

App Broken - Don't really on it The app has become very flakey in recent years. Tried to retrieve my booking and the function is unavailable - for over a week suggesting it's more than a glitch Uninstall/clear cache etc all standard stuff tried - it's broken. Make sure you keep the email confirmation and a hard copy. Booking dot fckdup this company by the looks of it

Their support is just on payroll so they can't deny they don't have any. Be wary though the service has no customer support whatsoever, no issues get fixed or forwarded to someone that can help accordingly.

Buggy as hell, it takes forever to load a booking and crashes half the time. Also tends to forget previously registered booking. The service is good, but the app is terrible

It's a scam. Don't fall into it. They charge you upfront & if you cancel, you will not get a refund. So it's better if you book direct with car rental company, can book for free, and if you cancel or don't show up, you don't have to pay..

Used this many times. It's an excellent aggregator, and helpful customer service. But it is only an aggregator. Sometimes the way info is passed to the car rental company leads to differences, eg the picture shows a compact car as one type but the rental company treats compact as a smaller type, or the booking says insurance is included but the rental company claims it isn't. Always verify the booking details directly with the car rental company and make sure they have accepted and confirmed.
