Buggy as hell, it takes forever to load a booking and crashes half the time. Also tends to forget previously registered booking. The service is good, but the app is terrible

Terrible experience, tried to get a moped with two helmets to ride with my wife. Of the six vehicles I tried to take, four of them had only 1 helmet, the other two had no helmet at all. I will for sure cancel my account after getting refund, do not get involved with them at all (until you'd like to take part in a treasure hunt for missing helmets I guess, then this is the service for you)

Just terrible. Apparently they stopped providing two helmets with their scooters in Brussels. Yet the app and the online FAQ still mention the possibilty to have them. Best way to waste my time.
