I ordered food more than hour ago and it supposed to delivered 35 min ago. what happened to my order and money I have no idea. I cannot reach to restaurant I cannot get help in app. user experience is terrible filtering is not working properly. I cannot access basket easily. |

After waiting 2 hours for my order I got an email saying they cancelled the order so I won't be having dinner. But they will make it up for me with a TEN PERCENT voucher that expires after ONE WEEK. What a joke of a service, never using it again. I called the restaurant and they confirmed that Thuisbezorgd never even sent them the order and that they do this all the time. Certainly not the first time it happens with me. |

I really like this app, and I always use it, the only thing I don't like is that the app doesn't show images of items in the resturants' menus. |

Impossible to reach customer services. Literally bullying it's users. Way to many notifications. Half if the app doesn't work when you have a Pi-Hole set up (meaning it tracks the f out of your phone for ads). If it was just one of those things I could understand it, but it's the combination that makes me want to call the police on them. |

They send you push notifications with promotions even when you have it disabled. Do not respect account preferences. |

The app links users to a lot of eateries. However, occasionally there is a lag in updation of the location of the delivery agent which lead to additional waiting time. Also, occasionally, the credit card is not accepted. |
