If you are an expat living in Europe you can't select your home language for audio or subtitles. For example, if you are a Brazilian and want your 2 year old daughter to watch content in your home language (Portuguese from Brazil), you can't, they force you to watch stuff in Portuguese from Portugal. Very unthoughtful.

Very hard to use if you don't know Dutch. Any Google Translate integration would be helpful.

Since Monday or so, my Dutch QR code doesn't work any more. They point the scanner go the QR code and nothing happens. I only had two vaccines (Janssen and then Pfizer booster in NL). This QR code was generated on a Paper Version after my appointment in Utrecht to convert my Portuguese certificate to Dutch.

Be aware. Their cards do not work with car rental companies. Look it up online if you don't believe me.

My does the WH-1000XM4 voice quality sounds like garbage while doing Google Meet calls from a notebook?

They updated something recently and now they are sending the courier to the back of my building instead of my front door. It was fine a few weeks back and now every order is the same thing. The guy goes to the back of the building and spend some time until they manage to figure it out what's going on. Please fix it! I tried to go via app but there is not way to get someone to talk to me over there.

Always a terrible experience. Any order takes at least 1h. Always having to contact customer support, Jesus... Just terrible everytime. I tried the premium for some time, also not worth it. I'm just uninstalling this thing.

A lot of potential. I really enjoyed playing it but as the difficulty increases the combination of deaths + watch an ad to revive just kills the game for me. What if you died trapped between lots of monsters? Just just have to watch 300 ads to continue playing because you just die over and over. I just think the developer should find a better balance here because this is just killing the entire game.
