I pay $120 a year for ultra only for it not to open. I have iPad and iPhone and I’m updated with the latest software and I still get the Alfred. Starting to get very upset. If this issued isn’t resolved soon I’m going to cancel my annual subscription that will renew in June.

Sincerely this could be a 5 star review but I just can’t bring myself to do so. The main screen does not rotate. Why? It makes no sense. I rotates when I am reading and then it goes back to vertical. It’s very frustrating. Put this on your next development list. PLEASE

The app content is fantastic, as well as the reading experience with panel transitions. Incredibly thankful for this app’s existence. My only nitpick is when reading on the iPad, the app does not switch to landscape mode once you exit the comic back to the selection screen, so I am constantly having to rotate my iPad back and forth in between comics. Not a huge deal, but allowing the app to be used always in landscape mode would be great!

I’m new to reading comics and I love being able to access them on demand. The only thing preventing a 5 star review is that I would love if the Devs could add a bulk download option! Maybe an option to download a list. It can be tedious to download each comic individually. Other than that, I love the accessibility to comics, thanks!

Can’t use a keyboard to move the comic. Cannot use landscape mode when searching for comics like every other app. I am using a $350 apple case with keyboard and the app doesn’t have landscape mode when you open it up and look for a comic. LOL WBD is trash for this one.

First is said I had to sign up but that wasn’t that bad so I read the free comics then it said sign up. Can’t we just get a app that is FREE no subscription no nothing just free comics so maybe make the comics free just please

I bought the regular yearly sub but there are comics I want to read in the Ultra package and from what I can tell there is no upgrade option I just have to buy the ultra package for another $119 when I just spent $80 on the yearly.

Never received any response to previous comments and there is still no fix has me close to just canceling this subscription. Dive Back In section and the Ultra Latest Releases section are not updating any longer on iPad. This makes it impossible to know that there are new issues available. Deleting and reinstalling changes nothing. If I don’t know there are new comics to read and can’t find them, what is the point of my Ultra subscription?

When searching just for a character’s comics the results show you completely different comics that have nothing to do with said search smh great app in theory but poorly executed.

I had this app when it used to have the TV shows on it. Fast forward to now and I pay for the ultra version of this app and I have been having problems for months. One issue that is a major headache is not being able to download comics, on top of that, sometimes when you download the comics, if you go to read them off-line, it doesn’t work. I suggest that no no one buys the ultra version until they fix this app. The amount of money we pay for this I would like to see the app fixed.
