I bought the regular yearly sub but there are comics I want to read in the Ultra package and from what I can tell there is no upgrade option I just have to buy the ultra package for another $119 when I just spent $80 on the yearly.

I’ve had the app for a year. Love the great selection but there have been titles that won’t load no matter how long I wait for them. I’ve written customer service multiple times through the app and my personal email and have never received a response. Most recently, I bought a renewed subscription and now the app is telling me I’m no longer a subscriber! For $99.99/year you’d think they’d be a little quicker to fix their issues or at least respond to my query. I’m a huge Marvel fan and I really love the comics and if they can fix the issues I’ll stay but the flaws are piling up and I simply won’t tolerate paying this much for an app/service that is so buggy or apathetic.
