This is a very positive, great app for connecting with your loved ones

Excellent content, approachable and easy-to-understand, and solidly research-backed. As a child therapist, this is the same psychoeducational material I use in my practice and pretty much every family having difficulty with their child is lacking. Free content is an absolute blessing - caregivers would be remiss to pass this one over. There's absolutely no excuse not to dig in and learn - highly recommend for literally every parent and caregiver!

I love this app. It provides a lot of great information in an easy to understand way. I like that there are short videos to watch and then questions right after pertaining to the video to really make sure I understood the information. I also like that they offer free printable tips for different skills. Highly recommend this app for anyone who is ready to make a change in their life and wants to understand themselves and their loved ones better.
