I love this app. It provides a lot of great information in an easy to understand way. I like that there are short videos to watch and then questions right after pertaining to the video to really make sure I understood the information. I also like that they offer free printable tips for different skills. Highly recommend this app for anyone who is ready to make a change in their life and wants to understand themselves and their loved ones better.
