Excellent app except for the fact that 95% of the time it doesn't load the map and is therefore unreliable and hardly useable.

I want to give it more but the cars have been in terrible condition. I understand this is on the users, but more should be done by the company to maintain their fleet. I've had cars with extremely dirty and stained seats to finding bloody tissues left behind. Cars are rusting and have broken wipers. It's also not simple to report these issues. You have to go to another section of the app and type in all the details of the car. It should be as simple as just going through your booking.

Customer service is the worst. I couldn't find the car, so I called their customer service, but no one answered. I sent them an email, and now two weeks have passed without any reply.

Don't ever use this for a ride. They charge you parking ticket on you even for someone's mistake. It took me 45 minutes to speak to customer support person and they are rude. Stay away!

Terrible execution even if the idea of car share is great. The app consistently fails, there are regular system outages with no warning until you're already at the car (often having walked there for 15+ min, often during weekday mornings trying to get to work), and it takes forever to get someone on the phone.

Updated - this version 2++ is just fine. Only one feature is necessary- if you cant prolonged you trip and cant back in time it is good if app could inform nect customer and to propose him the other car.

I booked an SUV and planned my trip accordingly.....they changed the car and have hatchback at last moment...and spolied my entire trip. Cheater

Good but never enough cars for trips downtown Calgary either have to walk far or wait. Please increase fleet size!
