I want to give it more but the cars have been in terrible condition. I understand this is on the users, but more should be done by the company to maintain their fleet. I've had cars with extremely dirty and stained seats to finding bloody tissues left behind. Cars are rusting and have broken wipers. It's also not simple to report these issues. You have to go to another section of the app and type in all the details of the car. It should be as simple as just going through your booking. | 07/05/2024 | |
