Beautiful and immersive, the character design are amazing and the possible stories and choices makes for great repayability. Note that it is very much a visual novel, not a game or videos.

Pretty and simple design, i like that it offers exemples and pre-made routines. Heads up; part of the app is subscription based, but the rest can be used for free. Only on the free version, you can only have two routines set up...

Easy and intuitive interface, beautiful design, and useful tools. Would be especially great for kids or newly diagnosed people. Would love if the learning modules focused on more than just anxiety and panick attacks tho (like depression, addiction, adhd, burnout, etc). Love the guided journal entries! Helps to focus on the positive of your day. Haven't used the visualizer yet but I'm glad to see so many options

Easy crosswords (not littered head scratching like in the newspapers) yet still engaging and fun! Not too many adds either, and I love the themed packs

Like their other app and so many others, I simply wish they would tell outright (on the appstore page or at the very start of the app) that it's a subscription based service... I hate to go through the quiz, get my hopes up because it genuinely looks great and helpful, just to get asked to pay for the entirety of the app/services. I know the fee is not too much (and I really appreciate the 2 weeks trial from this one), but I just wish I had been told from the start
