Extremely frustrated and disappointed by YouTrip's inefficiency. 21 June - Uploaded my IC for verification. 25 June - Send email to enquire when the verification will be done & request to expedite the process as I'm travelling on 11 July. 26 June - Received template reply to inform that need 5-7 working days. 27 June - Enquire in FB and got the same template reply. 03 July - Received notification that card is on the way, will take 5-7 days. 10 July - No card received. 11 July - Overseas

Hi Lee Jasmine, we appreciate your review. We understand the frustration that you did not receive your physical card in time for your trip, but fret not - you are still able to use YouTrip overseas, simply add your physical/virtual card into your Google Pay Wallet and you will be able to make payments via paywave overseas. Hope this helps!

Quite disgusted at the way they give coins cashback then try to claw it back by scamming in the games section. In-game purchase pop-up when game first load and try to make you click on the purchase by mistake and WITHOUT confirmation so that you will "use" your coins against your will. Well, it's a China company afterall. Use at own risk.

Here i am writing this at 2am cos I doubt i can sleep after reading all the negative reviews which happened and is going to happen to me. I've uploaded my id and my bank statement (which i have removed the acc no. and balance) multiple times because they requested. Even request for a phone call to verify my info. I've used other online remittance services and NONE of them has ever made this request. Now they have my personal info and i might nv see my money. I shd make a police report tomorrow.

There's no push notifications even if I set it to be on. There used to be notifications whenever I tap out, in the first few version of the app. Sometimes gotta wait till after midnight for the system to refresh so that you can see the transactions of the day. Sometimes it's still missing even after 2 days, which totally defeats the purpose of the app. Not sure why they keep updating it but the important errors are still not fixed.

One of the most useless app ever, not even worth a star. Even as a paying customer, they can't even get the basic function, of clocking-in, up and working. The damn website can't even load and function properly on Firefox. Gosh!!! Companies, please don't ever pay for their services. It gives you more work load and headache instead of making life easier for you.

Developer can't even get the basic function working. Took a photo of
receipt upright but came out as rotated landscape thus unable to upload. No
matter how you adjust, you just can't upload a photo. Waste of time.
Deleting it after 5 minute from installation.

i get high video usage warning. Game is laggy at times.
