If you're technology is any newer than 2010 good luck trying to connect it.

It used to be fairly easy and manageable with the wallet separate from the passwords, now it's all been combined and it is awful. I have to verify my credit cards with a banking app.Even though I have the credit card on me? Why? It's overly complex, jumbled, aesthetically cluttered, confusing and generally awful. It is now almost as useless as Bixby. If this is the same creator, you really should fire this person.

Consistently Awful. I have had Verizon for over 20 years. This app hardly ever works. I will get allowed 1 maybe 2 log in attempts then I get locked out. It changes my security question to one I never used regularly. It just never works. I have tried to log in mutimes over the past year cause I was going to upgrade my business tablets and phones. I haven't and most like won't cause the app never works, the stores suck, the service has gotten worse since 2019 and not one person seems to care.

Just like all the others, they inject their political views I to the app. Typical corporate fascists pushing their political views on the population. It's garbage.

Paused my account hoping it won't suck as much. Tried to unpause it and I cannot get in, they email a link and it's expired. That is a great way to stop getting customers. 🖕

Since META took it over it has become less and less useful. No need to make your product better when you can pay off lawmakers to ban your competition. META is garbage.

Unreliable, slow connecting and I have had to reinstall the entire thing twice. Extremely annoying. I will not buy another Gree WiFi product. **Changed from 2 stars to one. Reinstalled it a 3rd time, still not working. I am and HVAC contractor, this is one of several reasons I refuse to sell Gree anymore. Update - 1/17/23 - Didn't think it was possible but it has actually gotten WORSE.

Ads upon ads upon ads with ad bubbles too. Rampant censorship and it is just no longer fun. Much like the other social media and video platforms they are more focused on activism, pushing agendas and making money than providing a quality, unbiased experience.

Check your "improvements" BEFORE releasing. If I did an update on something and it caused the equipment to crash I will be fired, if a computer programmer does a shotty update and causes 300,000 phones or more to crash. That's just the way it is and we're supposed to accept it. Programmers are as bad as politicians, they can do their jobs poorly and still keep their jobs because we let them. I have automatic updates enabled and still cannot use my Google Assistant

Why did you change? I used to be able to easily make stations. I have quite a few. Went to make one for my wife and everything has changed and not for the better. Don't do like Facebook and change for the sake of change. That makes it so I resent it and go somewhere else. Especially since I have to learn stuff all over again. Guess I will try Slacker out.

The leadership of Next door is pushing for more gun control. There are 20,000 gun laws on the books already that are poorly enforced. Maybe the leadership of Next door should spend more time on there product instead of backing more laws that are squarely based in racism.

It erases my order repeatedly. Entered it 3 times and then used the Domino's app. We stopped ordering for a year thinking they would fix the issues, if you call it is even worse.

It will just randomly stop working, lock up, then you call tech support and 2 hours later they just tell you to delete and re download. I have had to do this about 12 times in 6 months. This has to be the absolute worst VOIP in existence.

Used it one day. Now it will not connect or let me do anything. Useless. Attempted to use again on 3/21...still useless, so I deleted it again. You would think they would fix it by now.

Cannot connect to my Anleker Power Conf without an app. Download app, still cannot connect. Why make it so you can only use something on your phone with an app? An app that is useless. I purchased two of these, fortunately they do work with my PC. I will not be buy a 3rd
