Uber csr support is worst in the business. I booked Uber auto without me boarding they completed the trip my money was deducted from paytm saying ur trip is completed. Now I tried every option to contact Uber support n the driver I went no where. Now I'm waiting for them to reply for the dispute I raised I don't know when they going to do. What If I had forgot wallet or mobile in cab. If driver doesn't contact you back then it is lost only. @uber please make sure u improve ur csr support.
