I'm only giving 1 star because that is the lowest rating allowed! Horrible app always crashing not being able to connect to wifi ect ect the list of problems is too long i wish I'd gone with Alexa

Hey Mike, thanks for reaching out. Make sure you're connected to a home private network and that all devices are on the same connection. All devices should also be within 15-20 ft of your router.
