Logged in and my account was banned. Never matched or talked to anyone on the app. Just a 'false' flagging by a system that wasn't fully tested. This happened to me when I first got the app and then again today. This app will never make it. Waste of time.

App never loads passed the splash screen. Been stuck on the splash screen for a week now. Tried disconnecting VPN but nothing is working...

If you close the app, it should not be still downloading anything. In cases where you turn off your vpn, in reality the app is still opened... Major flaw in my opinion.

Incredibly unreliable. While it used to be wifi problems, now the game restarts the app midway through battles... This is 100% and happens each battle I play.

App is broken. Hundreds of people said this now to you. You do not take anything seriously, so do not write that to me. App does not allow user to sign in..... No verification code is sent to users. Contacting support, you will be ghosted.

Does not work. Logs you out. No verification codes gets sent to the user. Literally unusable. "Reach out to support", they will say, though Reddit users say no one ever answers. Crickets. Poor quality app, poorer quality of a company.

It worked great for a few days and now anytime I search it says. "There was still an error displaying the search results. Please wait a few minutes before you try again."... Downloaded and opened app, the wheel spins endlessly without ever going to any actual screen where user would register. I give you a -5 star rating. I didn't think any one could create an app worse than Upward, but here we are. No wonder Google requires internal testers now, thanks to unskilled developers like yourself ruining app developer for the rest of us. Shame on you.

Used for years, but lately it wants me to verify every time. I use a VPN and I will continue to use one. I have replaced this app with Duck Duck Go and it's truly remarkable. Seems Google is purposely destroying their products. Too many Liberals making bad moves in business. Yeah, I have messaged you multiple times and it's been over a week. I registered, opened app and used the swipes next day I was banned. I have explained this to you half a dozen times, Mr. Developer. Believe it or not, in the early 2000's POF was our only option. They were great. However in 2024, it's one of the worst, poorest apps out there. They aren't making any big money from their app now that's why everything has been set up to pay to play. Which over the years, it got worse and worse. Now it is unusable. Like, you get to send 1 free message per day lmao 😂. Very poor. Developers, stake holders don't seem to get it. Create some of value for the users. -5 stars, it does not deserve 1.

Seriously going to charge an extra $2.99 for ad-free videos when there is barely anything to watch for free without adding $10-$25 add on channels? Yeahhh, Amazon Prime is no longer of value. My goal weight is 190. My start weight is 225... Set new weight to 222 and it says I hit 380% of my goal. This is not correct, not even in the slightest... I used this thing years ago and it's using old data when I was trying to gain... I reset the plan and goals so, obviously I hit a bug that got overlooked..... It would actually be nice to know the percentwge of my goal without doing maths myself, but I guess I have I'll have to, that's why you get 1 star for wasting my time.

Ad crazy, last update destroyed the app. Get 5 messages per day per user and are only allowed to send a couple winks now. Great update 😡. The perverted ads you have to watch to message someone and then click reward, it does nothing.. You have to press back button to exit, then you can't message the person.. Keep it up and I'll have to build a better Christian app with zero ads and "premium" features. This is truly disgraceful if you are considered a "Christian". Rewards do not work............
