Utterly Useless

Downloaded - No Strands - Uninstalled again. It would make more sense to make Strands more accessible. It's beta and if enough people play it will become permanent. So far access only via NYT in the browser. Not even in the NYT app. That makes no sense. Doomed to fail.

Quite happy with it but I don't want Google as default browser for the lyric search. If that can't be changed, I am going to look for another app.

Wallpaper feature no longer working on Android 12.

Does not work on Android 12. Neither the cuff nor the bracelet connect via Bluetooth. Had to install it on an older phone. Support is useless. And why do Android user need to share their location for pairing devices? Update: Does not measure correctly at all. Constantly too high. Return process is ridiculous. Can't understand how this device got approval.

Bad non-responsive design & plenty spelling mistakes. Courses do not provide enough info to justify 21 or more EUR for certificate. All very repetitive in order to "provide" x amount of hours.

Why don't you give out a detailed video or written step by step guide to show/explain people how to set it up and USE the app! instead of your "FAQ" with random stuff that no one would ask if you would provide proper instructions! That "security pack warning" message that pops up constantly? What's with that? Just make it work on the latest android version. I am not paying for an app that asks me to downgrade other apps in order to work!

So you are all about security, but the only way to buy this app for an android mobile is to register your credit card via GOOGLE????!!!? Seriously? Why not just put your card details and security bits on the web for everybody to take advantage? When you want to buy it via the website you can only pay in CHF or bitcoins and don't get updates. What ever happened to customer service? Why can't I pay with my credit on the mobile phone?
