I need help I sent money on June 21 it didn't go through because of technical issues so they canceled it and it is now July 7 and I still not gotten a refund. I keep trying to speak to someone but they tell me the same thing in about 48 hours. I enjoy using this app but when things happen on your end you guys don't fix the problem. Please help me!

Look i never write reviews but this time i just had to. Sending money is so hard i was sending over the phone at first then they just stopped letting me send told me i had to go to store you ask why and they have no answer for you. Tried using the app told me i had to go to store. One rep told me after i asked why i cant send just using my debit card when i did before because i dont have time to keep going to a store she said you dont have to use us and she is right and now i use WorldRemit.

Remember the old saying if it ain't broke don't fix it! Four square was fun and love to check-in with I can't check-in with this swarm it just freezes near the end! Who's idea was this they should be fired for making people switch! Bring back four square please!
