They had access to my phone. All of a sudden, there's a message being sent to my friend asking for Google password. Then it was removed quickly.

The app glitches too much. Doesn't report any messages. When you use their messaging app it doesn't allow the child's phone to get pictures or long paragraph messages. When I've reached out they ask for screen shots which I don't have. Need to find a new app.

They charge you when they're not supposed to. You call them and they hang up ..

They start out by giving you a big advance. Then it goes smaller and smaller and then laughable. Even if you paid on time with no issues. This app is a joke.

It let's me connect my account. When I go to get the money sent to my account it says it's not connected.

I returned items on June 27. They still haven't refunded me. You can't get a hold of anyone. I can't submit a ticket. Nothing. I just want my order refunded. I've tried that and all I get is a robot. Can't get anyone to talk to.

You get charged for things that shouldn't be charged or you didn't do and they still make you pay it. There was fraud on my account. But a gift card was purchased so they refuse to remove it. Worst app I've ever seen. I don't care if it was a gift card. I NEVER bought it and I shouldn't have to pay for it. They won't help you, they'll lock your Sezzle card so you can't use it anymore but still hold you responsible for the fraud.

When I first downloaded this- ALL my mail went to junk. I tried to fix it. Now everything goes to my inbox. I try to report email and it says it failed. I block emails and they still come through. My email is all messed up with this app.

Not working.. I've reached out to the support with no response. I have literally paid orders down and it's not allowing me to use the app.

Doesn't work anymore. Messages will be repeated x50 or more. Since the update again now its not showing activity. I used to love this app, but it's no longer working properly. I held on because I thought it would be fixed.
