I am unhappy with what I am experiencing with this app. Calls outside home are not connecting. I can't even reach out to my family when I want. Please I need my refund payment back.

I am very unhappy with this app right now. Why did you guys removed the "Preset Features " and put this AI faces. I am paying for this app because of it. Please put it back or I'm out.
