Decent content that actually helps. Unfortunately the encouragement to speak to actual coaches backfired as they don't reply to messages. Very disappointing

Since the latest update the app won't open on my phone anymore. I have contacted support more than 5 days ago. No reply. I have no means of accessing my funds because even via the homepage I cannot log into my account. I have loved the app for several years and am now super disappointed. I want to access my account and will immediately withdraw all my funds and send them to a different platform. This is outrageous! Get in touch and have an actual customer support service!
