I never get the SMS code to access the system. I guess it's because my phone number is not Bulgarian. However, there is a selection drop-down where you can choose a phone prefix from another country,so that should be allowed in theory.

Uber assigns couriers to two or more orders. That means your order will probably arrive late and cold most of the time. An example of how greed can ruin a good idea. The whole point of Uber Eats and similar apps is that it is faster/more convenient for me to order here than to go to the closest restaurant and wait for my food (especially on a workday). That's no longer 'true' so I won't be using this app much more.

Just understood what's going on with Bolt Food & why the service's so bad. They assign your courier to several orders and while they are delivering to other clients they show your courier to you as if it was not moving. That's why orders take always double the estimated time. Criteria to choose couriers is non-existent. The "CS" is also a bot, don't expect any help from them if something goes wrong. After many bad experiences I switched to Uber Eats for good. At least their couriers are better
