Cannot add a new credit card. I have tried with both Visa and master but non of them are working. Tried removing the card and adding back. But now I can't add a single card. Guess this happened with the recent update.

Very unfriendly app. To find the transactions did it needs to search in every corner of the app. Frustrating...

The permissions we cannot deny..??!! If we deny any of the permissions the app won't work. Whats the purpose of having two options to deny or accept a permission...!!! Ridiculous..!!

Conditions are not clearly mentioned. Customer service consultants are also bluffing around the conditions they have mentioned. We as customers have to suffer. Not only the app the service is also very poor.

It is nice to shop with beam and get rewarded. Expand the number of brands.

Tried the app in both data on and offline modes. But data is not accurate. Location data also wrong. Map is running here n there. The help is also not in a simple form. Its lengthy and difficult to find simple things. Help text is also in a general form. App is not upto the standard. All the outer appearance is there. But the core is not working. I felt that lots things went wrong with the latest update. But can't validate it technically. Even with the new update I don't see the accuracy.
