After reinstalling, I found that I could deny permissions by following the prompts. But I can use this app for nothing but prompt for permissions. Reinstall and grant all permissions including notifications. Then it looked like app was going well. So often crashed may due to i disable call permission in phone settings before.

This game is advertised by unityads among other games. It bypasses my phone's volume control and forces it plays the maximum volume.
