I've been a Magic Jack customer for years! Was quite happy with both the magic jack device and the app until today. I have a paid subscription! I switched phones and changed the password. Now I only get the message: "No active subscription" But I've already paid!!!! The website has NO help! Looking for a response from Magic Jack!!

OCR and PDF text editing would enhance the app greatly. I use the app quite
