This is so gig economy, meaning that nobody has a boss on the platform so helpers may just cancel on you or leave with little to no repercussions. That said, if you are on a budget, the price is unbeatable. You definitely get what you pay for, so expect to do some of the work even if you hire 2 helpers. If you have a lot of nice stuff, you don't want to go with a budget company. I don't so I don't mind a ding or a dent here and there, as long as it's not complete broken.
