Was perfectly fine until they added full screen ads... Also very buggy scrolling, difficult to use. | 06/27/2024

Absurd amounts of ads. | 06/10/2024

Well made game, but the ads are very intrusive. Unskippable 30 second ads, where the close button sometimes just opens the ad link. Definitely give it a try if you enjoy dungeon crawlers, but beware the ads | 09/28/2023

One of the least elegant card battlers I've ever played. Every Character only has like a 10 card pool to choose from so your deck ends up the same 4 cards every time. The main menu is a mess. The mechanics are needlessly complex and uninteractive. | 08/18/2023

Really an idle game pretending to be Tower Defense. It's basically just cookie clicker but with a fancy TD skin. It is very addicting, and a functional time waster, with ads that aren't too intrusive. However, the game itself is lacking in some areas. Half of the upgrades, like Knockback and Crit Chance, are just irrelevant. And others, like Supply Drop chance and Defense just upgrade far too slowly to have any tangible impact. Also, the meta-progression prices scale up way too fast. | 07/24/2023

Extremely predatory. The minimum cash you can give them at any time is $20, and the auto-refill never lets you go below $10. I accidentally logged in with the wrong email, and tried to use a private station that my other account had access to. That mistake cost me $20 since I couldn't add less. Even if you don't make a mistake, you're basically out $20 that you'll never get back. If you have ANY other option, do NOT choose this app. | 07/07/2023

All I wanted was an app that could open .zs files. But just to browse your files, this app needs to index your entire storage, which takes it hours. Even worse, it only makes progress when the screen is on and the app is front and center. But the worst part is that if you switch off it for too long it loses all its progress. So it is worthless for actually browsing files. | 03/08/2023

Even when you set all notifications off in the app, it still sends daily notifications. Just use Hinge. | 09/28/2022

30 second unskippable ads to this day. As Slay the Spire ripoffs go, this one is actually pretty good. The balance is decent, and the way you draft a party member each act is cool. The translations are rough and some descriptions are unclear. The talent tree is a cool progression system, I just wish they weren't just StS relics since those actually tend to be pretty boring. Unique talents for each character would go a long way. All ads skippable, original talents, and better translations=5* | 03/10/2022

I hate daily rewards that require you play every single day to keep up. I can accept that most games have them, but Langrisser takes that a step too far. The game has tons of depth, which is good, but little of it is easily accessible or explained well ingame. There's a series of limited time quests that you can only complete if you either spend money, or beat Ch15 of the story, which has a massive difficulty spike for no reason. This is what made me quit. The jiggle physics are nice, though. | 06/30/2020

Even on insanely powerful gaming desktops the animations freeze consistently... It's a card game that has frame drops. I will never understand this. To this day, incredibly laggy, and not generous to f2p players at all. | 02/05/2020

Just use 3rd party apps. This app doesn't fully solve any of the issues with the official YT app (no background play, no pure audio streaming to circumvent the data cost of streaming video, still has some ads) and is even missing some features from the official YouTube app (like logging in and importing playlists.) Just not worth a download when there are 3rd party apps out there (not on the Play Store) that fix ALL of these issues. | 11/26/2019

Doesn't estimate time with traffic pretty useless for a map app to just tell you what the ideal times are for each route. it even shows traffic, but doesn't take it into account when estimating how long each route will take. GPS is also pretty slow and not too accurate. | 04/09/2019

The core gameplay excellent. It's different from the original games, but not in a bad way. The focus system is really cool. Where this game lacks is abilities. Most abilities are very weak, and passives take up a slot. The combos and synergy are much less crazy than in the original. Also some enemies are absurdly hard, you need to grind and overlevel your party a lot to win if you chose the wrong strain. I do also miss controlling my party members. | 03/19/2018

Perfect for group conversations. I like the avatars, picture captioning, and other features that really should be standard in all texting applications. | 06/13/2016 |
