Great app, love the recipes, and I love that you can swap them according to the season, let's face it I don't eat much salads in winter. I'm type1 and myBS are better controlled and a big plus is I've lost heaps of weight. I will definitely be stay using this app.

I've been buying from Shein for 3 to 4 years now. The products are all 'true' to size. I will always buy all my clothes and under garments for Shein.

Truly I can't fault the app. But I'd like to be able to see for example all my breakfast, lunch and dinner blood results so I can compare from one day to the next if it's possible besides that it's worth getting the pro version with no adds.

What a great app, I'm vegan I can use it. Not many apps that cater for vegans. I've only used it today and so far so good, so we'll see how we go.
