Went to a station paid for two bikes and there was no paper for the unlock code, so we got robbed, signed up on the app paid, and the app crash, gave up in the end and caught a taxi, made sure it ran on fosil fuel, yes Santander Cycles will make you mad at the environment.

Unfortunately, this app is a necessary evil if you want to purchase anything in China (cash is definitely not king) the app is like a virus popping up when you dont want it with no option to change this behaviour (I can't wait to uninstall it!) like everytime you try to do anything, sometimes multiple times while in a different app causing your app that you're using to fail (how can developers be this bad in this day and age) also make sure you download while playstore is available.

why is the app not available in the UK when the subscription is :)

Two years later the app is still gargabe, can't add payment methods now, keeps erroting with a 'Connection Timeout' and support is non existent

Shipped the card, and 2 months later still not received. There is no mechanism in the app to say you didnt revieve it, and support us none existent. Nice only waited 2 years!!!

Unfortunately now become frustrating and unusable, my money trapped on the account, zero support I cant even spend it, keeps forcing me to KYC although I've done it multiple time, never approved. STAY AWAY. Hopefully Revolut will do crypto and no extra cost one day. Tried using it again, app full of bugs, unable to add cards, transfer funds, the app is unfriendly and throws errors at everything, supports answer...."try again tomorrow"

Pathetic app and product, stuck in a congested band and can't do a simple thing like change the channel via the app or web access on the router, known issue which Vodafone have done nothing about even though its been raised by the community for months now, frustrated 😞

Great card used all over the world, would get 5 stars if it had the free crypto features of Wirex.
