App full of bugs. Was able to log in and submit an add. Then somehow it asked me for log in again, changed password, and now I'm unable to login neither from the app nor the website, despite being sure that my login details are correct. The Windows app runs 4 services in the background which cannot be killed (auto restart) despite the app not running. Upon checking with support their answers are "it's really needed" and "this is how the VPNworks hard for you". If this seems like a legitimate service to you, go ahead. Doesn't let me withdraw anymore. Can't verify bank account, they don't validate it on their side... To verify your bank account you need to transfer IN money, so that you can transfer OUT - the mother of red flags lol. this is what I did, now they say they still haven't received the funds so can't verify my account, despite transfers in the UK being instantaneous and me having sent proof. Been trying to reconnect my scale to my new internet for the past 1h now. Every set up issue page is useless and solutions not working. Now left with no options and a scale which I can't even use. Stuck in an infinite loop "releasing the Kraken..." loads up a black screen and straight back to "releasing the Kraken" If I wanted to use a bad app I'll use my IBKR app ;) Update. Ça vit au crochet des subventions, et blinde de pubs leur site, et ça essaie malgré tout de braquer le lecteur avec presque l'intégralité des articles devenus payants, pour une qualité d'information et d'analyse devenue execrable. Heureusement qu'il y a encore des petits medias indépendants - que l'ont finance, eux, volontiers - pour représenter fièrement les couleurs d'un journalisme de qualité. Cancelling doesn't work. Have lost ability to book because of that. Classes are the only way to work out given how packed the gym is. Now only way for me to get my credit back is to make a booking where the upfront deposit is more than my credit - and if covid strikes again and I need a refund they will only refund what I paid extra as credit. You pay for a super expensive speaker and every other month it stops working and requires you to spend 30 minutes to then realise there's an update (of the app or of the speaker software) that if you don't do, you just can't use the speaker anymore. Edit: downgrading by 1 star after a few days using the app. It is full of bugs - watchlist, search, everything has issues. How do you seriously expect customers to invest using a platform that is so poorly built? Very poor customer support. 2 days I'm trying to get hold of someone. via chat and call.
