All good. However only problem I regularly face is cancelling the ongoing transaction. Every time cancel needs to be requested for customer care. All other remit apps has cancellation option until payment is received. It should be basic feature.

Drivers keeps cancelling majority of the times. Option to cancel should be limited per day. Example only 3 trips cancellation allowed per day. This avoids unnecessary cancellation by drivers even for well known destinations which is quite frustrating.

All good. On time delivery, fresh products.. but I have a serious concern.. You guys are wasting too many plastic covers to pack items. If i order 10 items I ll end up getting 10 plastic covers.. do try to minimize number of plastic usage please.. 1 cover/bag per order just like swiggy instamart does should be good enough....Hope this reaches all your teams and necessary action is taken.

Credit card usage data is not dynamic.. you have to wait 24 hours to check what was spent and also to check if bill payment was credited.. other banks app are so dynamic that it updates real time. This seems like age old technology
