GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! It's needed because a few storefronts are unscrupulous in their business practices (not truthful about delivery dates, material content, sizing not accurate, etc.). I also am disappointed in the search capabilities. If I search for a product with a required ingredient or description, results are for everything under the sun, & often not what I'm looking for. I'd rather see fewer accurate results than things I can't use. An alternative search word suggestion would be fine.

Never an issue with this app. I like that it's developed by a non-globalist team, unlike a larger, one-letter platform that is still censoring.

Really like everything. One problem (and it could be me) is that when I use my phone in full screen, it times out and I have to wake up my phone. It's only this app. Like I said, could be a setting I'm not aware of
