Trash app. Sign in does not persist, so when you go into a different app and come back, you have to sign in again. All this just to see some real time data on qualifying. This sport puts up so many walls which prevent people from enjoying it. Off to buffstreams or markystreams I guess!

In 2022 I was sold fake tickets. It took weeks to get a refund and I had to somehow prove I was unable to attend. Incredible response from these thieves. Today I try to list some tickets, the website just deletes my listing each time with no rationale. Customer support is non existent copy and paste robots.

Purchasing prepaid through the app with esim is impossible, it has never worked. Multiple attempts throughout the years, the process is completely broken. Telstra support are morons, so the only answer is to go into a store. What's the point of offering and allowing someone to purchase esim through the app if you cannot and do not support it.

They keep spamming me with promotional / sales notifications. I want notifications turned on for account related notifications, but they offer no way to customize.

Customer service is awful. Driver forgot half my order, support wouldn't refund the tip or delivery fee. I'm not going to a tip a driver who doesn't take 30 seconds to verify the order and I'm not paying delivery for half a meal. Support here told me to email them then just ignores the email. High prices - marking up the restaurant prices by €4 on a noodle dish!

If I tasked you with building a worse app, could you? It's incredibly slow and impossible to find anything you actually want. Scores from last night game? Oh they are way down the bottom. But let me fill 75% of the screen with ads for videos and highlights. Player stats? Nah, go somewhere else.

This app is trash. Half the calls don't even make it to the app, then the other half send a notification and nothing happens - you never see the actions to let the person in or answer the call. Unreliable and awful user experience.

ORD no longer accepts mobile passport, but you wouldn't know it when using this app. Neither does LAX now, this app is a joke!

Garbage. They force you to use the app in order to use the speaker. You have to open this trash app every time you want to use the speaker and set the EQ, the speaker won't remember it. Returning the speaker, won't be buying UE products again with these questionable user experience and product decisions.

There's no way to turn off their spam and promo notifications. Notification settings are meaningless.

These guys will pass your contact details onto dozens of dealerships who will continually hound you via text, calls and robocalls. They are totally happy to create a spam factory at your expense, or anyone elses for that matter - just enter a random phone number and the dealerships will harass that person without any verification!

App is buggy. No updates in nearly 5 months. Complaints about the fact you can't set different wakeup schedules based on the day have been ignored since the light was released. It would take minimal effort to make this product much better. I've gone back to my smart bulb for an alarm due to the fact Casper can't be bothered to provide basic functionality.
