Trash app. Sign in does not persist, so when you go into a different app and come back, you have to sign in again. All this just to see some real time data on qualifying. In 2022 I was sold fake tickets. It took weeks to get a refund and I had to somehow prove I was unable to attend. Incredible response from these thieves. Purchasing prepaid through the app with esim is impossible, it has never worked. Multiple attempts throughout the years, the process is completely broken. Telstra support are morons, so the only answer is to go into a store. Customer service is awful. Driver forgot half my order, support wouldn't refund the tip or delivery fee. I'm not going to a tip a driver who doesn't take 30 seconds to verify the order and I'm not paying delivery for half a meal. Support here told me to email them then just ignores the email. Customer support takes weeks to respond. If you have a foreign drivers license the app says to email them, which I've done, then the customer support team says to use the app. They have no idea what's going on. Garbage. They force you to use the app in order to use the speaker. You have to open this trash app every time you want to use the speaker and set the EQ, the speaker won't remember it.
