I used to really like this game, but at one point I reached the end of the story and stopped logging in while I was waiting for new scenes. When I came back all my game data was lost. I started from scratch, again reached the end, again didn't log in while waiting for new scenes, and again everything I did in the game is gone. I worked really hard and don't want to start over again.

I love this game. Pretty few ads (more than there were in the beginning but less than other games and usually skippable after a few seconds). Gave it four stars because I wish it had a more updated look but it's still fun to play.

They've been incessantly changing this game, like every few days/weeks, in ways that reduce your ability to advance without paying. The most recent update changed the the storage area from requiring you to collect various items (for example 20 ices coffees) to mostly need to pay large amounts of diamonds or coins to unlock the spaces. This means that all the items that I had collected to unlock the spots are now gone and wasted, when I could have sold them for coins.

This app is infuriating. It constantly freezes, especially when I'm doing a search. It also constantly logs me out and it won't always allow me to log back in right away. This has been happening for like a year. If they would just fix this already, I would give the app more stars because when it used to work it was good. Also WHY can't we add items to our cart directly from the Weekly Ad?!

I DO NOT LIKE having to watch an ad every time I open the app now! I'm already spending tons of money with my prime membership and all my orders. This is ridiculous.

I used to like this game. I didn't play it for almost two years and now it's so different, I hate it. It's confusing. Even dressing the character is confusing. I have to download clothes that I own and can't pick individual dress up items.

I stopped playing this game about a year ago, and recently started playing it again to see if it was any better. Many of the glitches have been ironed out, however the reason I stopped playing the game remains. If you make a monetary purchase of any kind that includes energy, if you leave gameplay the energy resets down to 100. Not cool! Don't buy things in this game.

Can't log in. Edit: still can't log in. Jifiti won't do anything to help and I can't get ahold of anyone at IKEA. For 7 months. I have a $200 dollar voucher that I can't redeem.

A few years and multiple phones and this app has never worked for me, not once. It's simply unusable.

I have to downgrade my review even though I love this game. I purchased the safe so I could buy more energy. I bought 500 energy and played until I had about 250 left, then I went to bed. When I woke up there was only 100 energy there! I tried to get support through the app but the button doesn't work. I'm so disappointed. Do not make purchases in this game.

It looks nice and doesn't lag! The ads are pretty non-intrusive, as they are confined to a tiny area at the top of the screen. I would like a theme in a darker color for night. It would also be nice if the app would make use of the gyro. No complaints here.

I used to love Google Translate and used it every day...now it seems the translations are not as accurate as they used to be (is this in my head or can anyone else confirm this?)...that's really the most important thing in a translator, isn't it? I will have to switch but I will gladly use Google's version again if this is fixed.
