The Save User ID and Fast Balances features are experiencing technical difficulties. Please login without selecting Save User ID to obtain your account information. I tried to update the app like it said but nothing happened keeps bringing me back to the screen that says update did it for few times and nothing works this sucks

I tried this app a hundred times with no luck signing in the app on my tablet work fine I could log in but not on my cell phone this really sucks cuz the cell phone is what I take to the restaurant to get my points I'm very upset. Yes I read all the apps reviews below and yes I agree with everyone ever since they updated the new app is one of my troubles started also I lost all my points on the all the money spent at the restaurant becuz they expired 24 hours & I wasn't able to scan the receipt
