Update: Trimble Maps just emailed me and said they removed the option to save maps to an SD card in their most recent update of CoPilot. I am not happy and will not renew my traffic subscription. Original post: Why can't I install the maps on my Android phone's SD card any more? I have Android 12. Android let's me choose External storage for CoPilot but when I download a map it still puts it in Internal storage and my phone is almost out of Internal storage.

No longer will show my subscriptions when using it on my Android tablet. Works fine on my Android phone.

I loved this app until I saw ads for the first time. I thought I paid extra for no ads. If I cannot stop the ads I will uninstall as I do not tolerate ads. Where can I purchase the Pro version as I cannot find it?

Where are my Favorites? They disappeared after the last update! Fix this.

The only time I seem to see the ads is when I hang up and a screen appears with the call information for my last call-I get a Historical Fact of the Day and an ad for in this case Mattingly Concrete. I DO NOT want to see a Historical Fact of the Day nor should I be seeing any ads. I sent their customer service an email on 5 August asking for a refund or to fix it. So far crickets.

I like it but but does not give me the option within the app to share a scan by text messaging. Unacceptable.

On my wife's Galaxy S9 the app many times launches to a black screen. It appears to be a problem with Game Tools that is a Samsung app that came with the phone and I hate it. Also when the app launches it does not fill the whole screen like it does on my S7.

It does not work as advertised on my Samsung Galaxy S7 and Roku. Google will not issue me a refund even though I purchased it less than 24 hours ago. I asked the developer for a refund. If I do not get a refund I will ask Google to remove this app from the Google Play store.

I do not like apps with ads and there is no paid version without ads so I
removed it.
