I was on the phone with customer service for literally 8-10 hours over two weeks trying to get this product to work. After being "escalated" many many times, I gave up and returned it. A month later, they charged me $115 via my bank account. After another hour on the phone, I may get a refund of the product price and the illegal charge. Small claims of not soon. DO NOT LET THEM "ESCALATE" YOU. DEMAND A MANAGER. Idk how/why Verizon put their name on this horrible product. | 05/13/2016 | |
