I like all the options to customize. However, I dont believe it gave actual notification when the countdown was completed. Also, keeps crashing.

It would be nice to start/replay audio at a specific scripture instead of at the 1st verse every time

Shuffle has gotten glitchy..I have over 25 hours of music on one of my playlists and it will play the same 8-10 song. Also, some of my songs seem to just disappear (Paying user)

Randomly will ask you to sign in the middle of viewing sometimes, which can cause you to lose your place or chat conversation. Also, don't waste your $20 with Rush Delivery (or at least expect them at the end of the Rush window). The actual processing time is no faster than the standard (no weekends). They just 2-day ship.

The app gets stuck saying update when I open the app so I can't get my pre-approved amount.

Great service but The Chat Assistant is useless so I went down a star. It does nothing but complicate a small fix and raise your blood pressure by repetitive questions

Started out great but now not so much. More than twice I've been at the location it lists with the gas deal, I check in, and still don't get credit. Started happening after I got over $35 saved .

This company is heaven-sent. They are very easy to work with and quickly respond when there is a problem. I would be hard pressed to move to a place that doesn't partner with them.

Piggy backing on previous reviews, notifications of messages doesn't work. Didn't have any idea my child's coverage was terminated til after the fact and the mailed correspondence (conveniently never postmarked) was dated 3/1/20 but not delivered until 3/10 and the application for alternative coverage deadline is 3/12. Extremely stressful when you have a medically-needy child.

Just installed and already uninstalling.. keeps saying password is wrong, changed it and still not working in the app (but works online).. tried the verification process via text 2x and it stills says invalid even though I'm putting the exact 6-digit code.
