Not only has Finch helped me through my darkest mental health struggles, it has brought me closer to my friends. I struggle with verbal communication skills and suffer from deep anxiety, so instead me and my friends check in on each other, giving each other hugs, encouragement, reminders and more! a good example of how good the finch app is: I can recognise more emotions and care for my hygiene much easier than ever before! I hope this journey will never end 🌟
