This must be the most painful experience I've ever had with an app and a webpage. NOTHING WORKS! Unable to check on line, unable to update my flight dates, unable to find my own flight, unable to log in, unable to cancel my flight. Tried the app and the website several times, for weeks!! And not even once I could finish an operation. I'll see if there's any legal action that can be taken against this disgraceful customer service. Avoid replying with your automated system, have some decency.
