Bad customer service, no one ever pick up calls. I have submitted all needed documents for setting up a business account, the whole process was approved by Livi with fee charged. But after 1 day, they close my registered business account with no reason, no one ever pick up enquiry calls anymore. Just scamming small companies for registeration fee
