*EDITED 7/5/24* I'm updating to 6/10, as they refunded me for unused service and it was a good full-featured entry level chat platform. They didn't technically have to do that, but they did and that does carry some weight! *ORIGINAL* Not a good company. Used them for my business for 3 or 4 years. They quadrupled their price in a short period of time recently, came out with a terrible AI tool (Lyro), can't use their API unless you are on Tidio+ ($500/mo), platform is unable to capture UTM param

Looks nice... but doesn't work well. It's very buggy and slow.
