I am impressed with the performance when receiving notifications on my Android device initiated from a Powershell script on my desktop PC calling the Pushover Web Uri.

Some of the data in text format needs to be expanded before it can be read. If the expanded size and location was retained, I would give an extra star. The need to continually pich and drag is a little disappointing.
