I love the glance tab as it shows how long since the last feeding, pump, etc.

I've loved this app however have recently had bad experiences. I redeemed a Samsung gift card and cannot download it. I've called customer service twice and they remain unhelpful. Now I'm waiting for my issue to be "escalated" which could take another 3 days when it's already been 3 days.
