Stopped syncing so updated to the latest version of the app. Still not synching, needs location permission at all times for no apparent reason, and the look is awful. Please roll it back! Update June 2024, now syncs but Charge 2 won't show calls/texts at all. Charge 5 does. Also, PLEASE change the way the sleep stages display, back to how it was before this terrible purple/yellow display. It's completely useless now that we can't tap on the times to see the various stages.

Free version now pointless. Just manually upgraded app to try get the analysis to work ( analysis never gets past 5%), and now any analysis of the data costs money. I basically have a list of foods with no correlation to symptoms. I could use a pen and paper for that. Bit underhand to try make us pay for the app without warning of the changes. Will have to look elsewhere now. Wouldn't recommend

Fed up with the app so felt I has to write a review. Glitches all the time. I cannot view my recordings as it constantly says the device is offline (it's not) or the live feed or playback just doesn't load. I can rarely view anything over the last couple of weeks. It needs to be resolved as it's pretty useless as it is

For what must be weeks now I've been unable to remove items from my basket, so can't make a purchase without buying items I already purchased months ago. Same issue on the website too, so unable to make purchases from Boots at all until the issue is resolved. Pretty poor.

What's happened to the PIN when signing in? I am asked for my user name and password each time now, used to just be able to use the PIN. Otherwise app is generally OK.

Useless. Can't log in. Tried uninstalling, resetting password on the website, logging in on the website ( which works fine nothing wrong with the log on details) then reinstalling the app. Still keeps saying invalid details.

Since the update it has stopped crashing when adding ingredients. However the new version of this app will not allow me to transfer the data over, i get an error message. Tried several times now. I cant be starting adding all my food from scratch. Please fix the new app before I will use it.
